Our Philosophy
At The Surrey Counselling and Wellbeing Clinic, we believe everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling, meaningful and hopeful life. Our counselling and psychotherapy services are a small group of experienced therapists, so we are able to carefully facilitate and support our clients in all areas of mental health with a very personal and individualised service. Our best practice ethos, enables a safe and confidential space to explore difficult feelings with experienced practitioners and partners.
Our Services
Contact us for a free 15 minute telephone consultation with a counsellor to help decide what you are looking for, followed by a therapeutic Assessment with a senior counsellor or psychotherapist. We can help you manage your anxiety, trauma, depression and stress, or you may be struggling with work, home, family and relationship difficulties. Perhaps you have received a difficult age related or medical diagnosis, or suffered the loss of someone close to you. Are you feeling stuck in negative cycles, isolated or alone? Whatever you are struggling with, we are here to support you in a safe and confidential setting.
Get in touch with us for a chat. Alternatively we offer a rapid response same day session for urgent cases and we are trained for "single session therapy" (SST), when time only permits for a one-off session.
Our Approach
We offer a wide range of counselling services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual at our clinics in Guildford, Surrey, Putney, Fulham and West London.
We take an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, as well as evidence based therapies using: Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT, Mentalisation Based Therapy, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy and both short and long term packages and arrangements to suit you. We are a small specialist group of registered, accredited, qualified therapists, with a depth and breadth of experience to ensure we provide appropriate, safe, ethical services to our clients.
